"Can't speak highly enough of the following places:"

About: Dr Gray's Hospital / Emergency Medicine Dr Gray's Hospital / General Surgery Dr Gray's Hospital / Radiology Dr Gray's Hospital / Surgical Assessment Unit

(as a relative),

Can't speak highly enough of the following places that treated my wife...... A&E were terrific explaining everything Dr Williams, Jason, Dr Talia, Dr Daz (apologies if wrong name) all were terrific and so professional. When transferred to SAU Helen the SN was so compassionate and understanding helping my wife be comfortable and ensuring I was ok.

Due to the nature of my wife's condition she was admitted to Ward 5 again lots happening, staff managing everyone but you didn't feel in the way as they supported my wife and got all her details, drip set up and pain relief given plus an idea what to bring in especially my wife's dietary requirements. Putting us both at ease seeing how they cared for all in the ward was so reassuring so thank you Sarah, Stewart, Nicola, Kerry and Diana.

A huge Thank You to all.

One husband

Dear Miss DMU

Thank you so much for taking the time to give us your positive feedback for A&E, SAU, Ward 5 and the named staff. It is so reassuring to know that you were treated with such care and compassion which helped your wife and yourself to feel reassured and comfortable that everything was going to be OK.

I will make sure this is passed on to the staff who were involved in the care of your wife.

Kind Regards

Diane
