"Amazing nurses."

I would like to thank one particular staff member for all of her help. I have been seeing her regularly for injections and she always has the time to speak about my concerns, put my mind at rest. I feel like she genuinely cares about if I’m ok. Not just an I’m your nurse are you ok a real how are you doing ok. I couldn’t of coped with the last few weeks without kindness.

Also today I turned up after receiving a hospital letter with results. I was very upset I turned up at the surgery the receptionist happily spoke to me out the back in private. Calmed me down and spoke to the nurses and got me in to see another staff member so she could explain my results. Plus she came looking for me to check I was ok.

Doctors surgeries are busy places. But the help I have receive lately from the reception staff and nurses has been amazing. So thank you ladies.
