"An extraordinary group of doctors, nurses and..."

I think that my son might not have still been here if it wasn't for the dedication and help of the doctors at this practice. It was only after we'd moved to the area that we were taken seriously and thanks to the doctor who saw us first, managed to get my son an appointment quite quickly (considering the waiting list) at the Adult Autism Clinic where he was finally diagnosed autistic.

It's not just this particular incident though that makes this one of the best practices, it's the help we've received both physically and mentally, because getting the diagnosis of autism was just the beginning of the long road for him to finally be given all the help that we both need to cope with his diagnosis

Besides this huge step, we've obviously had medical emergencies. I'm confident that if I phone and explain what the problem is, the receptionist will ensure that I get to speak to a doctor and in turn, if the doctors feels that they need to see me they will find an appointment for me.

Thank you Parkstone Tower Practice, unfortunately, we, the patients don't tell you often enough how we truly appreciate every single member of your team and the total commitment to us, the patients' well-being, both physically and mentally.
