"Terrible attitude from the specialist nurse"

I was seen at another hospital and recommended to have a surgery. I didn’t want to have the surgery there, I researched which hospitals are good and asked my gp to refer me to the royal Marsden.

I received my appointment letters and went to the diagnostic centre today. The specialist nurse who spoke to me today was literally awful. I think my gp messed up and didn’t book me to the right clinic and the nurse was punishing me for their mistake.

She said that it wasn’t moral, it wasn’t right for me to expect a surgeon to finish off another surgeons job and that I should go back to the previous hospital and finish off my treatment there even though I told her many times that I didn’t want that. She said she is refusing me as a patient as it is not right.

The surgeons may be good, the service overal May be great but my experience at this hospital was terrible.
