"Worst surgery, surely an NHS review is needed"

You can’t an appointment here. You can’t call up to make an appointment even up to 7 days in advance. You have to do their “sit and wait service” still can’t see a GP yo can see a clinical practitioner. Last week I came had a 4:31 minute wait to see a GP, I had to leave to collect children from the school. I’ve tried again a week later and had to wait 3:57 minutes to see a clinical practitioner. I think the surgery is a joke. Why can’t people book appointments? Waiting times are so excessive. I will go to A&E next time costing the NHS more time and will increase stress to the A&E department. This surgery simply can’t cope. I hope a full review of this surgery happens.
