I attended in August to meet a member of staff to discuss what treatment I needed. She suggested CBT, I then attended again to see a qualified CBT specialist , I was then told that if I wanted CBT it would be with trainee's only, I decided against that. I was then made an appointment with the psychiatrist, who turned up an hour late. Then with in 10 minutes scribbled some notes and said to reduce my medication and try another which I did but over the weeks realised that it was not working. My coordinator then phoned me a few weeks after seeing the psychiatrist and asked me how things were going, I explained that I was not happy and need to see the psychiatrist again, she said he is on holiday and will let me know when he is back. Today I received a letter from my community nurse saying that she had been trying to get hold of me ( no missed calls on my phone from her and she has my number as she has phoned me before , phone records will prove this ) and that if she didn't hear from me before the 16 the of October 2018 she will refer me back to my Dr. The letter she sent was dated 5th October 2018 and I received the letter today 17th October 2018 with a post date on the envelope of the 16th of October 2018 . I hope you can help me with this situation . The sum total of all your efforts has made me feel much worse and created more stress than what it has eliviated. From someone who has anxiety and depression this is the last thing I needed. It seems evident to me that there seems to be a huge effort to get you off the books a huge effort to discharge you. Absolutely disgusting
