(as a service user),

I received such wonderful treatment last week that I feel it should be recorded.

I arrived at A&E at 7.00pm with a serious head wound & a bad hand wound. Everyone from A&E through to the ward & beyond were so kind & caring.

I appreciate the care & attention I received.

NHS at its best.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I'm glad we were able to give you 'wonderful treatment' and I hope you are now recovering well at home.

I see you were admitted to a ward. I wonder whether that was Ambulatory Care? If you would like me to pass this on directly to the team that looked after you could you please send me your name and date of birth to Claire.gilroy@nhs.net?

I will share this story at our morning huddle next week and email the wider A&E team now.
