"It's a disgrace !!"

The appointment my father waited for over three months got cancelled by te hospital , only for it to be replaced by another appointment four months away. When he did attend the appointment he was told he has been appointed to the wrong consultant, and that he would have to wait to be seen by the correct consultant. In the meantime his eyesight has detoriated so much I am afraid they will say it is not able to be operated on.
