"Recovery College classes were so helpful to me"

About: Community mental health services / Recovery College

(as the patient),

Hi attended some recovery college classes and just wanted to mention how helpful it was for me. I felt extremely supported by my teachers who always made me feel uplifted and at ease. I also learnt useful tips on how to deal with some of my challenges and it was nice to meet people who were also struggling with similar problems. I highly recommend this college for anyone who has been through a tough time and is looking for some guidance and a way to build confidence in themselves.
