I have been with this doctors surgery for approximately 2 years and have never had any issues with the doctors or nurses that have treated me. However the reception staff are an embarrassment to your practise, rude and overall do not provide a great experience. I have witnessed several inappropriate/ borderline confidential conversations which I doubt should be discussed in such an open manor. Also on every occasion I visit my GP I find they are rude from the first approach to the desk like you are a big inconvenience, leave you standing there at the desk whilst typing on computers,boiling the kettle, answering phones & talking amongst each other. I cannot wait to leave this surgery for this reason alone and I am looking for a new GP as I dread having to talk to these people.
