"The worst practice I have come across"

This GP practice is so appalling. The reception staff need training because they are so inefficient it’s hardwork for the patient! They have messed up my boyfriend’s appointments countless times and as he is self employed, he is losing out on money! I recently wrote a formal complaint detailing all the appointments that were booked incorrectly and the complaint was acknowledged by the practice manager however, they are continuing to do the same! My boyfriend suffers with a debilitating condition which is controlled by injections prescribed by the neurologist at the hospital. He was contacted by the practice on Thursday and informed his medication was ready to collect. He went there today (Monday) and was told that they ran out of printing paper so they couldn’t print the script meaning his medication is not actually ready for collection. I called the practice as I wanted an explanation. A very helpful lady, who I have not spoken to previously, got the script ready and checked the pharmacy had received it. His medication with now be ready to collect tomorrow.......baring in mind it was supposedly ready last Thursday! My boyfriend suffers with a life long condition and the practice’s constant mistakes make it worse.
