About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Accident & Emergency Royal Alexandra Hospital / Elderly Medicine (wards 3-7 & 36)

(as a relative),

I would like to praise the staff at the RAH for the excellent care that my mother received during her recent admission via A@E to ward 19 and ward 6. My mother received excellent care with staff who went that extra mile for a confused elderly lady. Thank you.

Sorry to hear of your mother's recent admission to hospital.

Thank you however for getting in touch to praise the care provided by staff of A&E, Ward 19 and Ward 6.

It is extremely gratifying to know that your mother was well cared for during her time at RAH as I'm sure it was an anxious time for you all. I shall pass on your kind comments to the staff teams involved in your mother's care.
