"RUDE TELEPHONE OPERATOR"

I am utterly disgusted with the member of staff who took my call!

I was sent a message saying that I had been referred to clinical assessment and that they would contact me but it also left their telephone no.. After a week, I hadn't heard anything so I thought maybe I should ring.

Just spoke to a very rude woman.

She was clipped in her tone, matter of fact and when I thanked her for her rudeness, she replied 'Thank you'

Absolutely disgusting and someone like this should not be employed in a care environment that is predominantly about people's health and well being.
