I asked for the surgery's stamp to be applied to a form, in line with the requirements of the DWP. It was a real battle. No, they said, they hadn't got one. Then, well, they had but I didn't need it. I explained that it would take a second to do and it looked to me like I did need it. At long last, I got the stamp, which was handed to me with the comment that they didn't know where I was going to put it on the page. I found a place, stamped and left.
Next time this had to be done I was informed I am "the only one" who ever asks for the stamp. It was all very dismissive and unfortunately continued in line with treatment before the new triage system.
I was sorry to hear that an elderly friend waited a very long time for an appointment this week.
I am also wondering why, since early June, the new practice manager does not seem to have time to respond to reviews and ratings.
