"Misleading"

About: Bevan Group Practice

I was meant to get revered for a gynocologist and ent I got told by the receptionist it got put through on the 3rd of September I called last week and they give me a number to chase it up myself I phoned up the referal only went through on the 1st of October and not for ent me and the woman from the referal team both phoned up I spoke to a woman who told me how to make a complaint the lady from referal phoned me back asking me if they told me no referal for ent came through and how to do it which she never once did so that was twice that day I got lied to I phoned again just now to make an appointment to get told they don't have any and I'm to ring up at 8 in the morning which last time took me 108 tried to get through! If I was told a month ago this all could of been sorted by now absolutely disgusting this is my life and my health I have been back and too so many times the last 24 month's trying to get things sorted only 1 doctor actually has helped me and not brushed me off but I find the misleading information about my own health disgusting! So looks like ill have to start the entire proccess again !
