reception staff are always accommodating and understanding. Appointment availability is not always good and this can be frustrating especially if you want to see a particular doctor. I rang over 3 weeks in advance and couldn’t get the appointment I wanted. I wasn’t very happy as I wanted it before I went away. So I had to have a different doctor. However I was lucky as 30 minutes later reception called me and said they’d had a cancellation and did i I want that. How considerate of the staff. Top marks. This was back in March.
