(as a parent/guardian),

Our son (7 months old) was taken ill recently and spent a time on the Paediatric 

Assessment Unit (PAU) at Aberdeen Childrens Hospital. One enormous big thank you to all the staff who helped care for our son during his stay - you honestly did an amazing job & kept us calm throughout an extremely stressful & terrifying experience. Everyone we met was so friendly, warm & confidence enducing - you obviously knew he was very poorly when he arrived & got straight to work without any delay or hesitation.  We cannot sing your praises highly enough, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Your child just being unwell is stressful enough especially when as young as your son when he can't tell you what is wrong with him but it escalates to a new level when they are admitted to hospital. The staff would say they did nothing out the ordinary or were just doing their job but it has clearly made a difference to your experience and confidence in our care delivery and I will ensure your feedback is passed on to the staff

I hope that your son is fully recovered now and back his usual self.
