I feel some of these reviews are very harsh... I think the staff at this surgery do everything they can with the limited resources they receive.

This has been my GP surgery practically my whole life and it's the best practice I've been to.

The GPs here are all very respectful, friendly and work so hard, they never make me feel like an inconvenience!

The only issue I have is with the booking system, you have to call at 8am on the dot, which obviously isn't always possible, if you say it's not an urgent appointment they'll tell you they don't have anything so you have to tell them you need to be seen that day if it's something that has to be sorted within a couple of weeks, which feels wrong.

You also end up having to call a few times and then get put on hold, not good if you're calling on a break at work which i often have to do.

I don't really understand why there isn't also an online booking system it would be so much easier.

The reception staff are all lovely as well, it's very accessible as theres a car park round the corner which you can use for free for up to an hour.

Thank you for your positive comments. We do have online services available for ordering repeat medication and booking appointments. If you would like to sign up for this service just pop into any of the branches with photographic ID and the reception staff will be happy to set this up for you.
