"Recent Visit. Excellent care and attention."

I am very impressed with Adelaide Street Surgery.

I have recently had to contact the surgery and immediately received an appointment that morning.

Following consultation, where I was not hurried, I was able to wait a short while to receive a blood test.

I was extremely impressed and greatly relieved.

Following on I have had to visit the surgery a couple more times.

Each time I have been able to get through on the phone and receive an appointment that day.

Each time I felt that the doctor was considering my every need.

On my most recent visit the care and attention shown to me was magnificent.

I am not out of the woods yet but the GP certainly considered many things and spent time and trouble yet again to consider my every need.

Sure I had to wait in the surgery as my appointment time came and went and eventually i was seen.

BUT...the reason for this is in the care and attention the doctor shows to each and every one of us.

I do not begrudge waiting, it actually makes me realise just how good our practice is, just how hard our doctors work for the good of us - their patents.

So if anyone thinks that waiting is a nuisance then they should honestly think of the care they receive at this surgery.
