"Excellent"

I atteded Beckenham Beacon this am and was very impressed with my treatment.

All the staff friendly ,respectful and helpful, especially the triage nurse who went on to care for me post X-ray. Would like to mention her name but don’t think it’s allowed, but she was lovely.

She spent time to explain my X-ray to me, and made sure I understood everything.

For some reason, I don’t know if it’s common practice, but X-ray didn’t open unti 1pm so I had to make a return visit in the afternoon, I was assured that I would be seen quickly and would not have to go back to the queue that had accumulated during the day, and that is exactly what happened.

My fracture review appt was booked for me effeciently and I’ve come away very impressed

It was a very busy dept, but I could see that everyone was trying to see patients as quick as they could.
