I would like to thank PALS for the efficient and positive way they were able to facilitate moving my outpatient appointment - it took them less than 24 hours to contact me and explain what they have been able to achieve, I was very impressed. We are all aware that the NHS is under huge pressure, but it is so reassuring to know that there are people that really do care, and it’s not just about targets.
