"Ophthalmology dept visit"

I visited the Ophthalmology dept on 4/10/18 for a scheduled appointment.

I was seen right on time and was treated with courtesy, respect and friendliness by all the staff I saw.

The consultant himself immediately put me at my ease and conducted the examination in a relaxed and friendly manner.

My problem was explained very clearly and the treatment options were presented to me with clarity and without any pressure.

Once I had decided on my preferred course of action, I was told how things would proceed.All in all, a very positive experience - much appreciated.
