"lack of communication and care"

My partner of13years was admitted on 24January , diagnosed with Crohns disease ,given large doses of steroids, (to a woman with anxiety issues) . The particular steroids number 1side effect, being anyone with anxiety issues will contemlate suicide. Even after my partner had made her suicidal feelings apparent to the staff , they sent her home, and 4 days later she took her own life. People told me she was in the best place. I think not.
