"Again showed patience from staff at glenfield..."

On arriving today for a CT scan I was very anxious due to being very claustrophobic ,the member of staff who was doing the scan, took the time to show me what was going to happen and slowly took me through the procedure,showing me how long and far the scan would be on my face ,this put me at ease and the scan was completed in seconds ,this may be such a simple thing to have a scan to most people but a big issue to me

So just to say thank you, you lifted a lot of anxiety from future scans if needed
