"Absolutely disgusting attitude from receptionist!!"

I am absolutely fuming at the attitude of the receptionist! I don’t know her surname as she wouldn’t give it to me but after being told on a previous phone call with another lady telling me the phones aren’t always manned so to keep calling, i did this as i need to rearrange an appointment due to my daughter being sick, after phoning a few times and just getting answerphone she picked up the phone and very rudely said ‘im on the phone call back!’ And slammed the phone down!! Disgusting behaviour if you can’t handle your job dont do it!!
