"Worst GP practice in Leeds"

Dear Anonymous, sincere apologies for the time it has taken for us to respond to our comment. I am sorry that you are so unhappy with the service received at the practice. Unfortunately, as you have written this review without providing a name, we are unable to contact you regarding this matter or look into it. We understand that patients feel frustrated at times, but leaving anonymous reviews gives the practice no opportunity to respond. If patients experience something that they are unhappy with, we would encourage them to talk to the practice about it so that we can come to some resolution, clear up any confusion and most importantly adapt our service to provide the best care possible. We cannot do any of these things if patients leave anonymous negative reviews, giving us no opportunity to look into accusations of poor practice. I would ask all patients to contact the practice if you have concerns, rather than leaving reviews and comments without giving us the opportunity to investigate, respond and defend our members of staff, who work hard to provide a service for our patients.
