(as a service user),

Attended A& E earlier today with my Dad who is in his seventies after he had a dizzy spell and fell knocking himself unconscious. As a nurse myself, I was adamant he needed checked over despite his reluctance. Triaged quickly and all tests done with efficiency. Clean bill of health and back home within 3hrs.

Thank you for taking the time to give feedback regarding your Dads treatment in A&E. I was pleased to read that your dad was seen promptly and given a clean bill of health and discharged home within 3hours. I will pass your comments onto staff within the unit.
