"Find a different surgery this one is completely..."

So we're do I start for 1 they no longer have ring tones on there phones I spent 2 days trying to get through yet no answer so after giving up ringing I entered the surgery and asked if there was a problem with there phone to the reply no they are fine so while they looked for my prescription I rang the phone another 4 times yet no ringing no notification that any body was calling so I confronted them about this and they looked at some thing under the desk and said is this your number so unless some one is looking at a light flashing they would be no of the wiser many others could of been ringing also I think it's a disgrace that u have to go to these extents and still have to visit the centre who's silly idea was this and how many people are missing out on care because of this silly idea it makes me furious as I have to contact this place every 12 days and for the past 6 months I continue to have the same problem it's damn right poor service and thinknyou may need to train the staff to answer a phone or get them glasses so they no when some poor sod is trying to get hold of there doctors i pay taxes like many others that funds places like this so at least you could do is pick up a phone call thanks for nothing Gareth
