"Clinic cancelled with no notice."

About: Colchester General Hospital / Rheumatology

After spending nearly two hours on packed buses with horrendous traffic to get to the hospital I got told that the clinic had been cancelled and there was nobody able to see me. No attempt had been made to contact me to let me know that the clinic had been cancelled
