"Consultant Opthamologist."

I was 0perated on the 10th of September in the Elective care centre at Aintree university

Hospital . The procedure I had was advancement of muscle of the eye for left strabismus

[squint].

This surgery was performed by a particular Consultant.. II would just like to express my gratitude and satisfaction at the result. I am 100 percent happy.

He is an excellent consultant who was both professional and compassionate during the two appointments I had with him.

He took time to explain the procedure and answer my questions.

Prior to the surgery I was embarrassed when I went out and spoke to people. I was conscious of the fact I couldn't look straight when I was talking to somebody. This greatly affected my confidence and to some extent the quality of my life.

I would highly recommend him and the fantastic team at the Elective care centre who are extremely professional and more importantly caring.
