"Lacking trust values"

About: The Royal London Hospital / Paediatrics

(as a parent/guardian),

This was the worst night in Royal London Hospital that I ever had. My little one unfortunately was staying overnight to receive oxygen, and her nurse for the night is one of the senior staff. They didn't introduce themselves so I don't even know their name. In a dark room it is hard to read badges, they don't have a name badge and they didn't update the board at the bedside.

Apart from being rude all night, this nurse was giving my little one her inhaler but not the way it's supposed to be or even knows how to apply nasal specs in little faces, so I'm wondering if they are lacking training as well. It's very disappointing. It's not the first time we are inpatients in this hospital, the staff are usually very welcoming and respectful.
