"Efficient service and charming doctors"

I went to Chelsea and Westminster A&E on Saturday 8th September at 1pm.

Expecting it to be incredibly busy at this time, I went in with a book expecting to be there all afternoon.

I just had one bruised and slightly infected fingernail - so it was a very minor injury.

They treated me so fast. Taking me in for a consultation, x-ray and sit down with a doctor all within an hour of me arriving- amazing.

They talked me through all the options, and even though it was such a minor injury they still treated me with respect. Burning a hole through my finger nail the bloody and puss was released from my finger, along with the tension and pain, I left without any pain.
