About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Ear, Nose and Throat

I came in for a operation on the 2nd October for my nose and tonsil the staff was absolutely brill and couldn't of been any better kept me in the loop of when I was going to go down to theatre kept my partner up to date with how i was doing and after my ok they made sure I was ok and kept asking if I needed anything at all and the surgeon spoke to my partner after and told her the ok went well. A big thumbs up to all the staff on newlyn ward made the visit nice by being so cheerful and caring and kind thanks again. Mr lang

Thank you for taking the time to share your story with us, it is great to see that you found the staff on Newlyn ward cheerful and caring, and that they kept you informed of what was going on throughout your procedure. I am pleased to see that your partner was kept informed. This must have helped her to feel reassured that you were ok during and after your operation.
