They are too short staffed to answer the phone. Lots of Hayle people are having the same trouble. I had to go into the surgery after work to try and make an app but non available and the receptionist said they were too busy to answer phone .
Told symptoms to receptionist. ( was asked) only to be given advise from another patient behind me waitng for app!
