"Frustrating and bizarre"

The receptionist hung up on me without saying anything after I waited on the fone to book an appointment. When I told them after I eventually got through I was treated as if I were a nuisance. The sarcasm was thick as they took great joy in informing me there was no apointments available for two weeks. So rude! I record all my calls and I just double checked in case I was imagining things.

Wth!? It was all impatient sighing and judgmental tones as if their day were being ruined by my problems. As if they're tired of repeating the same information to anxious and even frightened callers. The whole experience was like a throwback to how things used to be in the 90s. Lots of people have difficult jobs but they don't succumb to this sort of behaviour. I hope they're held accountable for their attitude. No wonder there are so many reviews about booking appointments on Google maps
