To make an appointment with my doctor is almost impossible.
Whenever I ask for an urgent appointment I almost always told to go to the walk-in center..
Whenever I try to book a routine appointment, I am always given one in 1.5-2 months time..
I have now decided to use my GP app to book appointments.
At the end of September I managed to book two appointments during the upcoming halt term for myself and my child. I work in a school so the half term was a perfect time for me. Today, I checked my app and it said that my appointments were canceled!!!
No phone call, no explanation.
This is so wrong! We, as patients, should not be treated like this.
