"Excellent care at Pinderfields"

About: Pinderfields General Hospital / Urology

I had a urology outpatient appointment at Pinderfields General Hospital and was impressed by the care I received.

Volunteers were at hand to help me check in and directed me to the right place. Staff were courteous and efficient. Following a brief wait, I was seen by the consultant urologist, who welcomed me and introduced himself. He took the time to show me and explain my scan and answered my questions clearly and thoroughly. He discussed with me various options for treatment and made sure I understood and was happy with the choice we settled on and detailed what the next steps would be.

I now understand my condition and have great confidence in the care and competence of those looking after me. This has put my mind at rest and left me feeling better and positive. Thank you!
