Thank you very much for the feedback - we agree we have some excellent GPs. The Divisional Director and General Manager are working hard to stabilise the infrastructure and provide an all round excellent service for our patients.

We are currently recruiting new administrative staff to ensure we are fully staffed. To ensure we retain our administrative staff we have listened to them and developed a competency infrastructure to enable career development.
