"Excellent, Efficient Experience"

My mother was taken by ambulance to Colchester Hospital and stayed overnight.

The whole experience although worrying health wise was excellent from start to finish. The ambulance arrived within 10 minutes of calling 111 for advise. At Colchester Hospital she was constantly updated and had so many scans, tests etc we lost count. Every member of staff from porter, nurse, to doctor treated my mother with care, respect dignity and kindness. Nothing was too much trouble.

Thanks to them all and it just reinforces that the National Health Service and the the staff are national treasures. Thank you Colchester Hospital.
