About: The Princess Royal Hospital (Telford)

I just wanted to say thank you so much to the doctor I saw in the out of hours service today for my baby. She was so caring and kind and took her time to explain everything and put our mind at ease that our baby wasn't dehydrated from being so sick. She was happy to answer questions and didnt make us feel like we were wasting her time. An amazing service that we are lucky to have.

Thank you for sharing your recent experience with us. I have shared your feedback with the Ward Manager for the A&E Department so they are aware and can also share this with staff who cared for your baby and supported you.
