"Disgusted."

About: King's Mill Hospital

What I liked

The Ward was clean.

What could be improved

Nurses need to address manners.

Anything else?

At certain times some nurses was abrupt and rude, one in particular raised her voice at me and i asked why she was shouting when i was talking in a normal manner, i was left embarrassed afterwards when another patient thought that my wife was shouting at me.

The next day i assume the nurse in question had spoken of the event to other nurses and i was approached by another nurse who asked if i had been shouting at....... the nurse in question!!

which i thought absolutely disgusting that the nurse in question had turned the incident around and had said that it was i that was shouting that day,i assured that i had not raised my voice and never would in an hospital, the reply i then got was that the nurse in question had,had a personal problem outside that day and was not in a good mood.Is this an excusable, and to lie about the incident, i do not think so,A dreadful experience and totally unexpected from an hospital.
