"The staff are amazing"

Recently I had to spend a morning on the day ward. It was scary as the unknown always is. The staff were amazing, welcoming and so helpful. They put me at ease (a bit).   the investigations were not pleasant but the staff were amazing. The doctor explained everything and the nursing assistant was brilliant. After care was so good as I felt really poorly with dropping drastically, how do they stay so calm. They soon had me feeling better and then able to go home. My thanks to everyone involved that day.

Hello Georgy - thank you for telling us about your experience and I am pleased everything went so well. Our staff truly are amazing and the calmness is one way they show this (inside they may be worried for you but they are able to channel this and do what needs to be done!).
