"Thank you Dr"

I would like to say a huge thank you to the Dr from Clayton Health Centre Practice for his timely response and excellent decision making which may have saved my life.

I recently had a worrying health issue and attended A&E for tests. The tests did not show up anything sinister and the advice was to go back to my GP and request a referral to ENT. Thank goodness the Doctor refused this request and instead referred me back to hospital for a CT scan and further tests which eventually revealed lung cancer. Further investigation revealed the cancer was isolated to one area and had not spread which means it can be surgically removed. However, without the Dr's timely response things could have been so much worse. Once again Thank you Doctor.
