Attending the hospital to get cardioversion (use of defibrillator to correct arrhythmia) seemed a little daunting. Thankfully, the nursing staff were mind readers, and explained every stage, answering all questions and giving reassurance at every turn.
Consequently, the 'operation' went ahead, and although not successful that day, the three nursing staff, (Julie, Leanne and Nicola), were supportive, professional and genuinely caring regardless. My wife, watching from the sidelines, was equally impressed, that the apprehension we entered the hospital with, was replaced with confidence in their attentive considerate attention.
Thankyou ladies. You are a massive credit to your hospital and embody the spirit of the NHS. Can't praise your efforts enough.
"Attentive considerate attention."
