What else can I say - it has chnaged my life.

Negatives - sometimes waiting in the afternoon for hours.

We are really pleased you have taken the time and effort to put your thoughts onto Patient Opinion. We find all feedback very useful and read and respond to all comments.

I am glad you have had a mostly positive experience of our service and are delighted you feel able to use 'brilliant' whilst we also apologise for the experience you have had of our waiting times.

We are very aware that sometimes patients wait long periods to see clinical staff and we have a number of strategies to try to improve this however we continue to need help from all our patients in attending their booked appointments (or rearranging if necessary) and wherever possible coming at the correct time.

We will continue to do our best to see people on time but know this will not always be possible due to unpredictable and difficult circumstances our patients sometimes find themselves in. We try to be flexible and meet need as it arises which is sometimes responsible for delays.
