"disappointed"

About: Homerton University Hospital / General surgery

After waiting two months per hour and three hours in the waiting room after appointment ,I gave up because they told me that it is not yet known how long to wait. In my letter wrote to go 15 minutes earlier for a test, but during these 3 hours ot waiting, even for a test I was not called. When I went to the waiting room there were about ten people.,but then came new ones were invited before me.The question why this is how I was so answered, that people had agreed hours.I explained that I also had time. The answer was, that trehe are only two doctors.and if I want to take another time for another day.I am very disappointed with the service.

It sounds as though you had to leave before you were seen by one of the doctors because of the waiting time in clinic. We are sorry that this has left you feeling disappointed with the service. If you would like to contact the PALS team on tel. 020 8510 7315, or text 07584445400, or email huh-tr.PALS.Service@nhs.net they will be speak with the surgical team about what happened and help you to find out about your treatment plan.
