"Frustrating experience at Warrington Hospital - Rheumatology"

As this is not the first bad experience I have had with Warrington Hospital, I have decided to voice my opinion this time.

Attended rheumatology outpatients department due to unexplained pain for just over six months. Had two appointments there before discharging myself, considering attending as a complete waste of time (even though the pain and issues haven't gone away). The doctor I saw was unhelpful, uninterested and quite rude. The clinic was running more than 40 minutes late on the second appointment (afternoon). I found the obsession with my hands (despite repeatedly stating that I had no problems with my hands) very irritating and felt that the pain I was experiencing was completely ignored. The doctor showed no interest whatsoever in where I actually WAS experiencing pain.

And as for the blood test - complete joke, nearly FOUR HOURS in the blood clinic waiting. This did not go down well in work as I was expected back in after my appointment.

In summary - I waited around for at least half a day, the doctor ignored my most prominent symptoms, the doctor shrugged their shoulders at my symptoms as they did not follow usual patterns and no one listened to me.
