"Fantastic service!"

I feel compelled to comment on what I feel is the most amazing service from the most delightful and efficient staff! I was a patient at a neighbouring practice and was completely disillusioned with the service I was receiving. I had heard great things about Westdale Lane from friends and neighbours, in particular the fantastic walk-in clinic that runs every day. I registered about 4 months ago and haven't been disappointed. The staff are polite, friendly and efficient, from receptionists, clinicians through to Practice Manager. At a time when people are always knocking the NHS I have to say I have nothing but praise for my surgery!
