"time to change my DRs"

About: Ashfield Medical Centre

Called to collect a prescription, was advised it was not ready as its not a repeat prescription and whilst the repeats take 48 hours, letters longer !! even though they had a letter 61 hours earlier. Besides this when I called regarding the one two weeks earlier was told its a 48 hour turnaround. Seems one doesn't know what the other is doing and this is very visible. Some major training issues needing to be address by this surgery.

Your reception staffed are rude, inconsistent in the messages they give clients the wrong messages. If I could buy the tablets I need over the counter would never visit this place easiest solution is find a new doctors surgery. Would also recommend others do the same
