"Great staff made me feel at ease"

About: City Health Care Partnership CIC / Sexual health

(as the patient),

Fab service from Beverley family planning staff, Dr Rachel McCollum and nurse Angie Wharram. Both made me feel at ease.

Angie was also acting as receptionist as they didn't have one. A good standard of personal care. Although they were very busy.

Would highly recommend all the staff at Beverley family planning.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on the Family Planning clinic. All the staff work hard to provide the highest standards of care and it is reassuring to hear that you have had a positive experience. We will pass this feedback to all staff within the sexual health service, especially Dr McCollum and Angie Wharram.

Furthermore, we are pleased to hear that you were made to feel at ease. Your opinion reinforces the findings from our recent user satisfaction survey (2011-12) where we found that 100% of respondents from Beverley Family Planning clinic either agreed or strongly agreed that they were made to feel comfortable answering personal questions.
